Welcome to the Carol Villa Civic Association website. CVCA is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the beauty, safety and value of the neighborhood of Carol Villa.  As a homeowners association, CVCA was originated in 1967 through a neighborhood covenant and later added a constitution and articles of incorporation making the association a true non-profit entity.  I encourage you to browse our website for information and to let us know what you think we can add. I also strongly encourage you to join as a member to help your neighbors in our endeavors to improve our wonderful neighborhood.
